*Flow of Food
*Allergens and protocol for handling
* Food handler protocol (perfect for managers supervising employees)
* Proper food storage and labeling
*Overview of HAACP and outbreak prevention
Many have taken the course, felt prepared to take the exam for ServSafe®️ Manager Certification, and have passed.
While we are confident in our instructional practice, results vary based on student learning styles and effort.
